We use IonCube to protect our source code from being seen by everyone.
It is absolutely free for users, and without IonCube SpyderSpanker could not be read by servers.
To get IonCube, please ask your hosting company to install it. It literally takes 5 minutes to install, and as I said, it is free to use by users.
Most good hosts support IonCube as standard. However, hosts that do not have it installed as default should have a way to install it.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for IonCube issues since every host is different.

Meaning, you have to enable IONCUBE for all files that are within directory. If you do not do that, then only files that are in /public_html/ would be able to use loaders. And SS is found in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/sspro/ or /ssclassic/ or /ssnuke/
You can also edit .htaccess file and add these lines:
# Use PHP5.4 Single php.ini as default
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php54s .php
Just make sure to change php version according to your server.
